An account is credited to you if it’s created after a first contact through your link or code. No cookie, no browser storage: the code travels in the address.
A customer counts for one partner only, and a referral is never replaced.

A refund, a credit note or a lost dispute reduces the commission on the invoice concerned.
A payment covering a longer period, such as an annual subscription paid in advance, only counts for its share within the 3 months.
Below the threshold, your commissions carry over to the next month; that balance is paid out when your last customer’s commission period ends.
You send your invoice and bank details when you receive the statement: iPand stores no bank details.
