3. Hosting

The website, the application, the application programming interface, the MCP server and the service data are hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform, provided by:

The pages of the ipand.io website and of the app.ipand.io application are served by the Azure Static Web Apps service, which may deliver them from Microsoft servers close to the visitor. The application programming interface, the MCP server, the processing and the database run in the Azure "West Europe" region (Netherlands); the geo-redundant backup copies of the database are kept in "West Europe" and replicated to the "North Europe" region (Ireland), in the European Union.

Some service providers process data on behalf of iPand, a few of them outside the European Union: they are presented by category, together with the place of processing and the applicable safeguards, in the privacy policy, and the detailed list is provided on request at contact@ipand.io.

4. Intellectual property

All content of the sites and of the application — texts, visuals, logo, mascot, interface, software, calculation methods and documentation — is the property of CODEVIUM SAS or is used under license. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The third-party trademarks, names and logos mentioned — in particular those of the artificial intelligence assistants measured (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Mistral, Grok) — belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned solely to identify the services measured and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.

5. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, and cookies and other trackers in the cookie policy. For any question about your data or to exercise your rights: contact@ipand.io.

6. Applicable terms

Use of the sites and of the application is governed by the Terms of Use and their appendix on the MCP server and Pandi; the purchase of a subscription, by the Terms of Sale and the Data Processing Agreement.

7. Reporting content

Any manifestly unlawful content, or any comment on the content of the sites, may be reported to contact@ipand.io, in French or in English. The report states the address of the page, the nature of the content, the reasons for the report, and the name and email address of its author.

8. Language

This text is written in French. Its translations are provided for information only; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
