Frequently asked questions

Can I track several markets?

Yes. Each prompt is linked to a market, and the prompt studio adapts your themes country by country. You then read the indicators market by market.

How do I manage my team’s access?

You invite collaborators by email, with access limited to the brands you choose, as an administrator or a contributor.

Can I use the data elsewhere?

Every table exports to CSV. Your AI assistants — ChatGPT, Claude or any MCP client — can also read your iPand data, read-only, through the MCP server at mcp.ipand.io: you authorize it once from your account and revoke access whenever you like.

Are products tracked separately from the brand?

Yes. Detected entities tell brand and product apart: you see which product is cited, and which one is missing.
