Frequently asked questions
Are all nine modules included in every plan?
The modules are the same; only the volumes change: number of tracked prompts, engines included, competitors tracked, and Pandi’s questions and drafts. The details are on the Pricing page.
Do I need to install anything on my site?
No. iPand starts from your website address: no tag to add, no access to grant. The technical analysis reads your public pages.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every table exports to CSV, and you can import prompts by CSV from a template we provide.
Are the screens in English?
Yes. The app interface is available in English and French, and you can switch at any time in Settings. Jargon is explained, and every screen has a one-minute guided tour. AI answers are collected in the language of the market you track, not in the language of the interface.
